Grant opportunity of up to $5,000 has been announced for Peace Research under International Peace Research Association Foundation (IPRA). The purpose of offering grant is to support systematic observation or study of conflict phenomena and peace strategies.
Documents required:
a. A curriculum vitae for the director of the project
b. A project proposal, including the goals of the project, a detailed research strategy, a timeline for completion of the project, a budget, and a brief, relevant bibliography
c. The project proposal should include the names, addresses, and phone numbers of three references
d. A short essay describing how the project furthers the goals and mission of the International Peace Research Association, which are to advance interdisciplinary research into the conditions of peace and the causes of war and other forms of violence
e. A dissemination plan that explains how applicants will share their research and how their research could lead to action that will promote peace
Eligibility:
Special consideration will be given to applicants from the developing world.
