Deadline: 15 January 2014

The World Justice Project (WJP) has announced World Justice Challenge 2014 for individuals, organizations and entities from around the globe to design initiatives that contribute to strengthen the rule of law. The competition is an open ground for all to approach a seed grant that helps them conduct the initiatives and make a difference in the target group. Around 10 grantees will be selected for the grant program.

Eligibility Criteria:

> Entrants can be individuals, organizations or entities who want to contribute on strengthening the rule of law, from anywhere in the world.

Individuals, organizations or entities who want to participate in the challenge should first identify the areas where the rule of law needs improvement in the country in which they live or work using WJP Rule of Law Index. In accord to the identification, the ideas to address the challenge need to be created and a proposal developed. This may be done with individuals from different sectors or countries in order to encourage diverse perspectives, or it may be created independently. Then the proposal should be submitted to WJP Challenge for selection.
