Call for Proposals in the Commission for Conducting Legal Awareness Programme (LAP) and Parivarik Mahila Lok Adala (PMLA)
Under section 10(1)(h) of the National Commission for Women Act 1990, the Commission is required to undertake proportional and educational research so as to suggest ways of ensuring due representation of women in all spheres and to identify factors responsible for impending their advancement. The Commission collaborates with Govt. Semi Govt. organisations, universities, Non Governmental Organisations etc. to undertake Research Studies, Seminars/Workshops, Legal Awareness Programmes and Parivarik Mahila Lok Adalas etc to implement the mandate.
